Guido is a Filipino Entrepreneur focused on Community Based Enterprises particularly in the field of Travel and Tourism. He is co-founder of various enterprises such as Culture Shock PH, Kawil Tours, and Trail Adventours Inc. (which he currently leads as it's CEO and General Manager). His field of expertise in entrepreneurship is on Organizational Development, Innovation, Strategy, Operations, and Training and Development.

Guido is a formator at the Ateneo de Manila University office for Mission and Identity. He is passionate about accompanying people in their journey towards personal growth and well being.

Guido graduated with a degree in Communications Technology Management with, minor in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University and is currently pursuing his M.A. in Anthropology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
